Join us for this workshop on Intro to Art journaling in which we will look at the benefits of releasing and reflecting by using the therapeutic tool of art journals. This class is centered around principles of art therapy so part of the content is sharing and setting therapeutic goals. We will explore layout, content and how to layer the mixed media as well as how to make color choices and what colors might symbolize. This class is $60 for all 3 classes and includes supply list. We can make due with as many materials as you may have at home. There will be pre-recorded video content as well as a live Facebook Interactive group that will meet at the designated time Friday 10am-12 pm. In the live interactive session, you will see demos, hear from other participants and get to ask questions as well as get feedback. Live interactive groups will be limited to 10 participants to maximize the time with instruction and sharing. Other time slots including evenings will be available upon request.
