Group Art Therapy Awareness Event

This presentation is Free to the public and hosted by Enlightened Collective. In this interactive exercise we will use art materials to focus on the process and not the product. Given basic and limited instructions, this experience invites us to take a closer look at ourselves and how we interact in society and within our daily lives. This process will help shine awareness on our True Selves as well as give insight into how we can be more helpful to others. All supplies are provided and no previous experience required. Hope that you can come with an open mind and spirit!
