Wet My Plants

This workshop is Saturday and Sunday 10:30--12:30

Join artist Micah Goguen for this fun botanical themed class as we learn techniques in simplification, color theory, collage and gel and paste application. Each guests will create 2 works that are 8 x 8 allowing us to work continuously on multiple pieces. We will be using GOLDEN Artist Acrylics, gels and pastes as we learn the order of operations with mixed media. Layering with stencils, we will learn the difference between visual texture and physical texture as we integrate design principles for problem solving. We will be using image transfer so no drawing skills will be necessary. All materials are provided and no previous experience is necessary.
