Textured Landscape Sampler: Portland, OR

This workshop is 9:00am-4:30pm

Join artist Micah Goguen for this course with textured landscapes. Each week, we will look at a new landscape composition along with trying a new texture gel or paste. We will cover the breakdown and block in of a landscape composition as well as how to effectively incorporate textures and technique. We will be working with the GOLDEN acrylic textures "Gels and Pastes" kit in which you will be able to explore Soft Gel Gloss, Light Molding Paste, Extra Heavy Gel Matte, Clear Tar Gel, Course Molding Paste and Regular Gel (Semi Gloss). This workshop will feature Ampersand Gessobord for substrates to yield the best results with the gels and pastes. You will also receive a 5 piece set of Art Sherpa plastic palette knives from SilverBrush to keep. Your kit comes with registration and has key items. No previous painting experience is needed for this course.
