Thank you for sharing this. So much of what you've said resonates with me in my own journey. Fear of abandonment, fear of confrontation and not knowing how to clearly convey boundaries (much less hold them steady) have wreaked havoc in my life. It's comforting to know that I'm not alone. Thank you.
